1. How to record my audio and video?
A. If you are using a desktop or laptop you need to download Flash at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Once the Flash player is installed then enable the microphone or camera when the pop up enabler pops up after clicking the record button.
A. When recording a video card using a mobile device or tablet, it will prompt you to record a video or upload your own. When the video is finished being recorded and/or uploaded confirm and click next.
A. When recording your own audio for an audio card on a mobile device or tablet, it will prompt you to record video. Go ahead and record your audio in the video recording. Once the recording is finished we will keep the audio portion and disregard the video portion.
A. If you do not have an internal microphone or camera please connect an external microphone or camera.
2. What browsers are supported?
A. IE 9, 10 / Firefox, Chrome
Safari / Firefox /Chrome
Android devices have problem creating audio card using front camera.
3. I can’t hear my voice when I listen back to the audio recording?
A.Your computer must be equipped with a microphone, or a USB microphone must be connected to your equipment for this function to work. Quality will vary based on your equipment.
4. I can’t see or hear myself when I record a video?
A. Our computer must be equipped with either a built in webcam, or you need to connect a webcam. The quality of the video will vary based on the equipment you use and the lighting. You also need to make sure you have a microphone connected to your computer, either built in, or a USB microphone.
5. Why are some of my photos stretched during the Slideshow?
A.The best quality for the photos, is a horizontal picture. Vertical pictures are stretched to fit in the space allowed for the photos in the Slideshow.
6. Why is it taking so long for my video and audio to load?
A. Loading times depend on your wifi signal. If you are noticing longer than usual load time please make sure your have a strong wifi signal. Note: It takes longer for audio cards on a mobile device to load.
7. I am having trouble viewing my card on a mobile device?
A, If you are viewing a card on a mobile device, the best way for viewing is landscape/horizontal viewing.
8. If I am uploading my own video what file formats do you support?
A. We support these file formats:3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MP4 and MPEG-2. Non-MP4 videos will be converted in MP4 format.
